Dr. Andrew Fletcher
Andrew Fletcher, MD, MBA, CPE, CHCQM, FCAP
Dr. Andrew Fletcher is an AP/CP Pathologist and the founder of Eutilogic Consulting. With a distinguished career as a consultant, practicing pathologist, and department chair, he has also held numerous leadership positions in hospital and laboratory administration. Dr. Fletcher’s expertise is centered around laboratory quality, operations, efficiency, and stewardship. He is certified by the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and has personally led hundreds of laboratory accreditation inspections. Additionally, he has served on the College of American Pathologists’ Inspection Process Committee.
As the former Medical Director of Consultative Services at ARUP Laboratories and in his current role at Eutilogic Consulting, Dr. Fletcher provides expert consulting services to laboratories across the United States. He leads a team of industry-leading professionals specializing in laboratory accreditation, compliance, and operations, ensuring the highest standards of performance and regulatory adherence.
