Unlike typical templated setups, MyInspection® provides a customized implementation based on your lab's real-world operations and compliance needs. This includes setting up personnel files based on lab positions, inputting specific
instruments and manual tests, and incorporating appropriate package inserts
based on your test menu.

After implementation, MyInspection® offers virtual training sessions, typically via Microsoft Teams, to walk your lab team through the software. This training covers basic navigation, adding new users and documents, and utilizing the embedded policies, procedures, fillable forms, and logs. On-site training is also available upon request for labs seeking in-person support. Fees apply.

MyInspection® provides responsive, ongoing "high-touch" support even after training. Common support requests include password resets, unlocking documents, and assistance with specific software functions. Our team also helps configure or adjust workflows when new lab equipment is acquired or updates are needed. This ongoing support is included at no extra charge for the term of the license.
